Let me put it this way - if the church, religious pundits of other callings and George Lucas have it right, then there is indeed a Dark Side. Nor is some pre-knowledge of this easy to dismiss... one tends to wonder why the works of Stephen King and Dean Koontz are either loved or denounced the world over. If there is a spiritual dimension, its inhabitants must be quite amused at our bigoted aversion to knowing more about it.

It may be our present ‘socio-spiritual’ climate - nothing exists that we can’t touch, feel, smell or taste. And yet, impressions of Forces beyond our perception and control do intrude and are not infrequent. We do pick up the occasional horror novel, watch the latest schlock fest on the big screen, and wonder at the deliciously macabre thrill these give us. Ask yourself this question - are you the kind who gives the contents of the coffin a brief, uncomfortable and quickly averted look at a funeral? Or are you at home with the possibility that the coffin’s occupant may now know things that will remain hidden from you till you lie there yourself?

I am all for information, because without information we miss out on a large chunk of life-and-death-based possibilities. I commend the idea and obviously intense research that has resulted in the issue of the Book of Shadows Compendium CD from A2ZCDS. May it open up more minds to this largely inexplicable phenomenon of an Earth-bound existence - and more doors to what lies beyond....
